If you’re interested in local military history, you should check out some of the exhibits being put on as part of Museum London’s continued series of the War of 1812.

They include:

When the Ice Breaks, a play about the settler’s experiences. It is at 2 pm on Sunday.

A night of stories and songs about the women, men and soldiers of the War of 1812, performed in story and song by Pauline Grondin and Marcel Beneteau. It is on April 25th, at 7 p.m..

Stories of War: A Personal 1812, curated and told by Laurence Grant, the stories of war told through the artifacts of five individuals. It begins on 1 p.m., June 23, and The exhibit continues until Oct. 27.

Admission for all three events is free, and all take place at Museum London, 421 Ridout St., London, Ontario
